Our Framework is a holistic, rigorous and practical guide for leadership development. It contains 344 skills, competencies and behaviours that hallmark superior performance.  They are classified vertically into five skill branches, with 22 skill clusters, and horizontally, into three areas of performance – the professional skills, management or leadership focus.
